Dr. Beverley Kraszewski‑Silverman (Dr. K) is our Founder and Medical Director, as well as a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician, certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. She began her healthcare career as an ICU nurse, gaining hands-on experience caring for critically ill patients. Dr. K went on to earn her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York.

With 40 years of clinical experience, she has practiced in emergency departments across New Jersey, Huntington, Syosset, and Bayville, New York, providing immediate, high-quality care for a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries. 

Dr. K combines her frontline medical experience, advanced medical training, and dedication to patient-centered care to lead our practice and ensure every patient receives expert, compassionate treatment.

Peter Silverman is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations at IV Evolution, where he oversees the organization’s operational strategy, financial management, and growth initiatives. Peter is also the husband of Dr. Beverley Kraszewski‑Silverman — a partnership that began under remarkable circumstances when they met after he emerged from a coma in Princeton, New Jersey.

With over two decades of leadership experience in entertainment and sports, Peter served as Executive Producer and Vice President at Madison Square Garden for 20 years, earning 6 Emmy Awards and 5 Marconi Awards along the way. He holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.A. from Emory University, and proudly served as a Lieutenant in the United States Air Force.

Peter brings a rare combination of operational expertise, strategic vision, and creative insight to IV Evolution, ensuring that the practice runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of excellence in patient care and experience.

Jessica Silverman is the Co‑Owner and Chief Creative Officer of IV Evolution, where she leads our brand vision, visual storytelling, and creative strategy. An award-winning designer and a Long Island, New York native, Jessica graduated at the top of her class from Lynn University, and has a lifelong passion for visual arts and design. She has a background in graphic design, creative branding, marketing and business development, bringing both artistic intuition and strategic thinking to everything she creates. Her work has helped numerous businesses craft dynamic, memorable brand identities that resonate with their audiences. Through her leadership, IV Evolution’s visual identity — from branding and digital presence to in-clinic experiences and patient communications — reflects a thoughtful blend of creativity, clarity, and modern aesthetic that elevates the overall experience.

Benjamin Silverman is the Co‑Owner and Chief Strategy Officer at IV Evolution, where he leads the company’s overarching business strategy, growth initiatives, and long‑term vision. With extensive experience as a healthcare entrepreneur, along with a strong foundation in strategic planning, operational leadership, and business development, Benjamin plays a key role in shaping how IV Evolution innovates and evolves in a competitive healthcare and wellness landscape.
